Hi! It sounds like the install was not completed successfully. Please go to All Programs -> Autodesk -> Uninstall Tool -> check all Inventor 2014 related programs -> OK. Then reinstall Inventor 2014.

Thank you! But I do not understand what you said. You may use "Facebook" does not? we can talk about the problems I'm having.
