Help is not available

I can't access online Help, an error message comes up ( see attached)

I've downloded and installed Loca Help, same result same error.

Inventor only.

No problem with AutoCAD 2015 Help.

Any suggestion for solution please

Thanks

Julian

Did you change the setting in Inventor in the Application Options to use the Off-Line Help. Even though you installed the Off-Line Help, Inventor needs it's setting to change. The setting should be in the lower LH corner of the first screen.

Yes, I did.

In Application Options/ General/ Help options the "Autodesk online help" radio-button is on.

This should be set to Installed and it should show that Local Help is available, which means it's installed and Inventor see it.:

Thanks Blair.

I think I have to re-install Help, since both radio bottons are greyed out (see attached)

There is two parts to this, first download the file, then run the executible to extract the help file and install it to the Inventor Help directory. I would make sure that you have logged in to your machine as the Administrator to do this.
