Do you have a 3D printer?

Yes I have one at school that allows me to print abs parts. This is a part of my engineering project and I have spent forever trying to create a mold. It's a struggle

Is something like this what you are after?

I believe so. I just need the part I call the wing to be filled with silicone and then I'll let it dry. I tried the mold template but what you did looks a lot more like how it should. Except, how would I pour the mixture to cast if the green part is upside down?

I am completely lost.  Is the file you attach your end part or is your attempt at creating the mold?

I've tried another way than Jeffrey. An insert is additionally needed for the yellow faces, but I hope, the rest is ok

It is the end part. I initially made it thinking that a mold would be easy to create. I was wrong

Unfortunately not Smiley Sad

I need the part I made to be casted exactly as it appears

I think, you'd get it the way I'm showing.

Smiley Wink Did you understand it?
