If not for production of the gear, you can generate it by Design
Accelerator (spur gear section), setting the right value for β angle
(>0 for helical gears).

If you need a precise tooth profile for production, then you need a
specific software to generate it.

I tried this one:

You can download a demo and try. It saves tooth profile some format
(DXF, IGES), then you can import it as a sketch in Inventor.
