Having trouble making this face concave

Maybe i am attacking this the wrong way but i want to just pull the center of the face back making it concave.

If anyone has any ideas on how to do this or even how to do it in general would help alot!  Im about to have an annurism trying to do this lol

Looks like Inventor Fusion rather than Inventor

you could do a Revolved Cut (I probably would have done a revolve to start with.
