Under the texture tab you can change the rotation
of the texture map. You can also for ultra realism change the face color on the
ends and assign it a rotated map of the same texture to show end grain. I love
this stuff!

well, lets see if i can hit the right post this
time.

under format goto colors then to textures and use
rotate, for every color you'll need to create a second copy of color with a 90
deg rotation also. when you use radii....., wood grains rotate.

Go to install directory of
Inventor6\Textures\Surfaces

Create copies of your texture and add &X,
&Y, &Z to the end of the name (ex: Grain&X.bmp). Make sure to
capitalize X,Y,Z.

For fun, add &V to the end. OOOHHHH
shiney!
