Good Assembly contraint explanations?

Hi, Im trying to find a good website that simply just explains the different type of Assembly constraints (flush, mate, angle, insert, ect.) Does anyone know of a good site with clear explanations?

Have you tried looking at the tutorials?

Have you tried the material supplied in help? If so and you found it
deficient, can you say what more you were hoping would be there?

Use the index, search for "constraints" select "assembly" - there are
approximately 16 topics to display.

How about a white paper with the advantages and disadvantages of such things additionally such as adaptive constraints.... Is there anything out there?

There is no such thing as an "adaptive constraint" - there are adaptive:
sketches, features, parts or subassemblies (more often flexible these days)
but no adaptive constraints.

Of course, constraints are what make adaptive objects adapt but the
constraints themselves aren't adaptive.
