general table rows

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to predefine a table with both and rows and columns. From what I can find I am only able to define the row headers, but it would be great if I could define a table like the one below. Thanks.

Hi! I am not sure if you are aware that General Table command also allows you to a pre-existing Excel file, xml, or csv, which already populated with data. Could you try it and see if it works for you?

Thanks for the tip, this is not a preferred method but I can make it work.
