gd&t symboles attaching to dimensions

i am wondering can a gd&t symbol be attached to a dimension,so when you move the dimension

it comes along for the ride?

I'm not sure this is what you want to do but you can add GD&T symbols to the dimensions by editing them and clicking the arrow next to the 'Insert Symbol' button, as seen in the image below.



If this is not what you are looking for, you will have to elaborate on your initial question so someone in the forum can offer advice.
