FULL SCALE DRAWING...HELP!!!!!

I am trying to scale a drawing to add shrink, by 1%.
How do you scale the whole drawing at once? Seems to be every other program is able to do this..what's wrong with Inventor 7!!!!

Do you mean scale a IPT?  If so then make a
derived part and scale it at .99

Or when you print an idw, choose a custom scale factor and type in 0.99
