From lines to solid

Hi,

Will somebody please have a look to my part? I'm trying to learn to draw contour lines inside empty places of parts, connect those lines and end to a solid.

I tried various ways I know theoretically, but still fail to realize this practically.

For instance, after drawing lines (as you can see on the part) I made surfaces, then stich and skulp, but it says "not smooth lines" and same times smooth-constaint won't work on my lines. Can't understand why.

I also tried "loft" but no success too: when I make a surface and use guide lines, it gives error too.

I think there is a small mistake, please point me out of the problem.

Hi, (for France)

You can made surfaces, then  skulp..create a new solid.

You can see on this jpg file attached.
