I was trying to come up with some code to automate rendering in studio, but I think entered something in backwards and ended up rendering my automation.
I guess I should have paid more attention to this alert message when I saw it:

Last weekend I was itching to tinker with something, but I didn't have anything handy to play with. After some pouting, I decided that since we own a nice CNC laser table, I could design my own wooden model and cut it right here. So, after some looking, I settled on a 1907 Mack 7-ton (!!!) delivery truck. This 40hp monster was one of the very first the (then) Mack Brothers Company produced. Only documentation I had was some small photos of a plastic model kit from the 1960's, but I was able to get a pretty good semblance of the truck put together quickly.
Probably have a total of 15 hours or so in the model and will be cutting parts and assembling this weekend. Hopefully next Friday I can post pics of the real deal!
It will take 3 12x24 sheets of 1/8x12x24 Birch plywood and 1 sheet of 1/16x4x24 Birch plank to make it. I have a Canadian friend who owns a large metal fab shop with BIG lasers and he's going to use the same DXF files to build one out of steel plate.
Well, like I promised earlier, here is my submission. The story behind these shots is while I was unemployed some months back, I decided to use some Inventor functionality I hadn't used before. So I decided to create my cell phone cover.
