Friday pictures 11-7-'14

Still working with a half-broken PC and little time for renders, but will keep this topic going.

(at least showcase 2014 still works, 2015 is broken as well...)

Here's a hydraulic engine we use with a fun collection of hydraulic parts:

I know it's not Friday anymore buuuuut ...

 

A friend of mine went to the 70th anniversary of the Normandy landings this summer, and he brought back sand from each of the beaches, and then bought a bunch of little bottles with stoppers in them.  He asked me to make him a display stand to hold the bottles, and gave me a set of bottles of sand to keep for myself.

 

Here's what I came up with ...
