You're going to have to model it, nobody has made packages of 3d models of plants for inventor like they've done for viz/max, Autocad for architects, or other rendering apps

You might Google Bill Bogan Inventor Studio.
Seems to me I recall some plants in his renderings.

In these pictures you will see that I painstakingly built the Grape vines
and grapes as 3D models, but post-processed the flowers in an image editor.
