the funniest thing about my previous topic that there wasn't anaything said yet about wildfire. So why remove it ? This tell something about autodesk filosophy, If there is a problem don't solve it just hide it. Oh yeah there is another topic going on inventor vs pro-e

Freedom of speech??? Come on, this IS and autodesk site. You can post all you
want on a neutral site, but there is no way you can think they would allow
promotion of a competitor's software on a site they host, or do you???

Did I promote something Did I????????? I only asked when will be there any speed in it... We spend alot of money on that system you know, Imagine you design somehting and after 3 years the main problem is still there. hope your boss is very understanding. I asked the differnce between IV and XXXXXX, They say it's the best software, so why any panic?

This forum is for discussing issues relating directly to Inventor. As Anne stated you are
welcome to start a thread discussing problems with slow files, but this is not the proper
place to do comparisons to other programs.

Would you like to set up a reader board in front of your place of business which would
display a discussion messages from your customers concerning what benefits your
competitors may be perceived to have?

That is basically the type of thing you are asking Autodesk to do. No one is trying to
hide anything, we are just trying to keep the subject to the topic of Inventor.

To answer your question I would say that the drawing mode of IV should be “faster” than it is. Sorry, I think I crossed the line by saying too much about a non-AutoDesk product when you asked how the 2 programs compare. However, I don’t know why the “Edrawings lost a contract” thread is still going.

ok, I had no idea what they said about other software in the rules, I do not read all the rules of the forums where I post something. Most of the time it's just about racism and spam. OK posting IV vs XXXX was wrong,my apologies

But I'm sooooooooo shocked about the way my voice is killed on that topic (and others). Shuted down in a very very quick way....Maybe a warning was a better way. This situation give me the inpressions that there was a lot of truth in my topic, and just closed it because of no defense. Some people where trying to help me, and prove IV can be quick (i WAS very interested in that). But no...Topic closed, and problem is gone.

This never happend to me in the 2 years i'm hanging around here.

Every topic that gets pulled is a judgment call (with the exception of a few way out in
left field) and sometimes we have to look at the potential for the thread to
deteriorate. The Inventor VS (name another cad program here) discussions have
historically not done well, and aren't the purpose of this newsgroup.

Again, no one is going to stop you from posting legitimate issues with Inventor, so start
a new thread discussion how to improve your slowdown issues and maybe what you think
Autodesk should concentrate on to improve the problems.
