there a method for adding free text to a balloon? In drafting standards -
balloon tab - property field it lets you add a new field, but I cant find a
way to actually add anything to this new field. Using this method when
creating a parts list does add a new column and let you add text for each
part, but again I cant find a way for the balloon to reference this. My old
method was to add text by using the 'Text' button on the drawing annotation
toolbar and place it under the text box. Is this the only way?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Kathy.
Solved one problem, here is the other. What I want to do is add a quick and
easy method of having the quantity of a part shown in the balloon. This is
easy until you only want to reference the 6 screws shown in the exploded view,
not the other 30 elsewhere in the assembly. Does this mean I have to have a
property field for all the screw quantities which might arise?
Thanks again,
Pete
