Free Rotate / Free Move Rubber Banding is not showing

Gang...I noticed on another users workstation that when the do a free move / rotate, they get a rubber banding effect. I don't see this. Is there a Application option which affects this?

Not that I've seen.. But they like to "hide" settings sometimes..

Have you tried updating your graphics card driver?

Do you have the same settings as the other user for tools..application options..hardware tab?

If you right-click with the "free move" command active, there should be a "diagnostic" option in the top of the radial menu.

Is that checked?
