The bug giving incorrect lenths of frames created on internal cutouts with fillets using merge hasnt been fixed in 2011 SP2 (64bit). Base part attached for testing.
Any chance of a hotfix?
Steve,
The hotfix we created on top of 2011 Sp1 was created after 2012 Sp1 was already released.
So we could not technically include the hotfix in 2012 Sp1 unless we would have a time machine to go back in time.
This issues is scheduled to be addressed in the coming 2012Sp2 service pack, due to be released within the next 30 days
Bob
Bob,
Any timeline on this issue, reported during R1 gunslingers in 2000, and brought up countless times until dozens of users are blue in the face -for the last 16 releases?

Bob I understand you guys dont have a time machine but dont understand why you didnt make a hotfix for 2012 while you were making one for 2011.
What's the status of this problem in 2013. Did the bug carry through or is it fixed?
Hi ****,
The only thing I want to say to that is that if it would be easy to interrupt Inventor in the middle of a calculation without causing data loss we would have done it a long time ago.
Bob
We had the intention to include your hotfix in R2012 Sp1 but we ran into some technical problems that prevented this.
And yes, the problem is fixed in 2013.
Bob
Thank you Mr. Van DerDonk I hope this is not the end of the trail for delivering the Cancel Command feature so often request. Nothing worhwhile is every easy!
