Flow Variable in AEC Exchange

I have a question about the AEC feature of Inventor 2011.  I am attempting to create an .adsk file to use within Autodesk REVIT, and am trying to enter in a much data as possible on the Inventor side before converting over to REVIT.  However my problem comes up when have picked a pipe connector, and wanted to enter flow (gpm) information.  No matter what size of a connection I use and what system type I use, I get the following error when I attempt to enter a flow:

" The specificed valve is out of range.  Please enter a valve between 0-1."

However I am able to enter up to about 15.8 in that cell, and at 15.9 gpm it gives me the 0-1 error again.

???

Didn't find anything through google, knowledge base, or searching the boards.

Thanks for any help in understanding this very odd problem.

Any thoughts on this? I've yet to come up with a solution.

I'm using the 64 bit version of Inventor, on a Windows 7 machine.
