Flexible assemblys

I use in a mean assembly several sub assemblies with a flexible assemblies. For example ball joints with an air cylinder.
In the mean assembly there are more occurrences with different settings. Such as ball is left oriented or ball is right oriented.
Is this possible in INV or disturb that the performance.

The example of the ball joint is a simple example. We used the same approach with a wagon assembly with 2 flexible sub components and the wagon it self is also flexible in the main assembly. In the main assembly we will use 10 occurrences but we come no further as one right assembled? The 10 occurrences have different dynamic settings.

I'm not interesting in other solutions but i'm curious how flexible is working. In the way I did it give some complications and bad performance of inventor
