Flattening a Cone with Knuckle

I need help figuring out how to get a flat pattern from a cone with knuckle.  I have attached a file so you can see what I am looking at.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I am using 2013.

Contour Roll.pngI don't think Inventor Contour Roll can flatten that geometry properly.

I think the solver is limited to parts that would be rolled from a cylinder flat to a cylinder.

I tried using a loft and a revolve and then creating the contour roll for the top knuckle and straight flange but the pattern will flatten to get the cone cut out but not flatten the knuckle and straight flange.  Is there a differnet way of creating this model so it will flatten?  Do I need to create special tooling for it to recognize how the part is created?

Thanks

Inventor will not return proper flat pattern of this part.

You will need a  3rd party add-in.

autopol and several others have been mentioned here in the past.

I do not have any experience with any of them.

I think you can download a trial that will let you do a limited number of saves.
