You need radii in the corners to make a consistent wall thickness.

I'm not sure how you would use the corner feature once you do this. If the end result is as simple as this file, I'd use sheetmetal feature from the start.

I noticed Sketch1 is not constrained or using the origin for symmetry. I would use only sheetmetal tools for this part. You might want to read this document

After you have finished that reading I might do the part something like this.
(pull down the End of Folded marker in the browser.)

Try reading the document first, I am sure it says in there something
about moving the EOP down in the browser

It was done in edu version - so after you analyze how I did it delete the file.

To see the geometry pull down the red End of Folded marker in the browser feature history tree as I instructed earlier.

I am still on v11, but as I see all the files in the conversations have the newer data scheme, hence my disability to open the files.
Is there a possibility to get around it or am I shut off completely?
It would be nice to participate in discussions with direct access to the problem parts.
Thanks,
AM

If in N. America (and certain other location) download free Inventor LT from http://labs.autodesk.com to see the files.

It's a good suggestion, but at 30kb/s 9hrs seem to be an eternity...
I tried to use the download manager, but it doesn't download so I tried more traditional method which has this snail pace speed. My company is on T1 (here in Portland, OR, USofA)
Thanks for the attempt to help.
