Flat pattern from crimped cone???

How do I make this flat pattern correct... it might be that I have to use a different way to folded up the crimp But I'm new to crimps

Inventor will not flatten that part.

Is there no way for inventor to flat pattern an egde crimped cone?

JD is right, Inventor can't produce a correct flat of that part. There are third party software add-ins and stand-alone suites that can, however. This was produced using SPI Sheet Metal on your unmodified ipt:

I'm not sure they wanted a Rip in the part.

Looked like a draw formed part.
