Finding if objects tip over due to gravity in Inv 2010 Simulation

I am trying to simulate the tipping over of an assembly due to gravity.
We are testing a TV stand to see if it tips over when under the load of the TV. The TV stand is on an inclined plane and a simulated Tv is placed on th e top surface and I need to know if the forces of the two assemblies will cause the TV stand to tip over. The entire simulation package looks as if it is geared towards applying user defined extrnal forces as opposed to merely the effect of gravity on the COG of each individual assembly.
Has anyone tried to get the program to simulate the effect of gravity on a static assembly?

In the ideal case, you would draw a moment arm from the COG to the pivot point, then calculate the torque about the pivot due caused by gravity. Then the tipping force is calculated by dividing torque by moment arm length. (again, this is a very simple analysis)

we are currently using the simple T=fxd method to find if things tip over, but, we are exporting the files into AutoCAD to do it. I would like to keep everything in Inventor and just do it as a simulation.

Why even bother with Simulation. If the angle produced between the CG and perpendicular and the CG to the supporting edge/legs is less than the tip angle it will fall over for a static unit.

Once the CG moves outside of the support/base it will tip over.

Simply model the TV with the correct mass and size/CG location and place it on the stand in a assembly.
