6 and 7 have an issue where sometimes fillets and chamfers quit working entirely. You can't add new ones or regen existing ones. Usually you can exit IV and try again OR have somebody else open the file and save it, then it will work for you. It happens most often in a shared environment but last week we had it happen w/o any form of multi-user.
This has been a problem with migration of last few releases, can you edit
fillets to fix errors?
