fillet issue

I want the section smooth where fillet-1 is situated.If i use a fillet >2mm then it deletes all the part except the fillet.I was hoping to have a fillet 15mm or a similiar shape where the hump is more rounder.Do i need to re-model using other ways because i cannot get the fillet to work

Solution for this part was covered here a couple of months ago - a search might turn up the thread.

Sketch 2 is not constrained?

I believe that part of the solution is to not loft as a "pipe" but to Shell after the outside geometry is created.

Note also that with the Loft solution you can control the weight of the tangency.
