Fillet help

Please see the attached image, I cannot get all of the internal and external edges of the ribs to fillet. Some do, some don't. I am using a variable radius, zero at the work point positions, 0.5 at the other end of the edge. Even if I specify a radius down to 0.01mm IV still reports the radius is too large. Thanks.

Have you tried the roll and the smooth radius transition? You probably have is my guess.

Given that, if you could please send us the file, we could investigate further. shekardotsubatautodesk.com. Thanks.

I doubt it will work in this case, but just a note to remember:

When IV says try a smaller radius, sometimes a larger one will in fact work....

How would you machine this? That's a clue on how to do the fillet. It looks
like you have converging edges... (please post the model). If the edges
converge, then move the EOP marker above the ribs. Fillet, then
repair/restructure the ribs.
