This may be irrelavent after the pending TrueVault integration, but it sure
would be nice if I could check a file in without having to switch to the
"File Status" tab all the time. The work flow of the semi-isolated mode
(Edited) mostly because of all the back-and-forth in the browser between the
"Model" and "File Status" tabs.
Perhaps it is just my workflow but I generally do all my "File Status"
stuff at once so this hasn't been a problem for me.
To the best of my knowledge, the API doesn't working with check-in /
check-out so it would be difficult to mimic the capability you are
looking for. I am looking forward to seeing how the new integration
works as well.
I have heard that the new integration is no better in this regard.
