Fasteners not updating location

Has anyone noticed when moving the location of a detail, the fasteners linked to it (or linked to the hole) does not move?

If I edit the insert mate and just hit okay, it corrects itself...but a bit of a pain if you have 20 fasteners.

using any "adaptive" stuff?

Does using "rebuild all" work instead of having to edit each constraint? Or what about the "local update" button (lightning bolt I think still) in the quick access toolbar.

I usually just use the update button.

Ah yes.  Rebuild All does the trick.  

(local update...aka lighting bolt) isnt lit up at this point.  But rebuild is doing the trick.  Thanks!
