Factory Assets

We are looking to upgrade to Factory Design Suite. (yeah, we have 24 hrs to do it at the special offer...)

Can one build Factory Assets with Inventor with just the Premium suite or does it require Inventor Professional which is in the Ultimate suite. I notice the Factory Assets builder is not available in my regular Inventor, but I don't have the suite.

Thanks,

Lyle.

Factory Authoring tools are in Premium and Ultimate.

Check out some posts I did on it here.

We are also now offering training on FDS as well if you feel you need it for the ACAD Arch and Navisworks components as well as the Factory Utilities like the Material Flow Anaylsis and Asset Builder.

You can build a part or assembly as normal with any version of Inventor but you need the Premium or Ultimate Factory Deisgn suite to be able to publish the part or assembly as an asset.

Please mark this response "Accept as solution" if it answers your question.
