I have attached visualisation to explain what I mean - extrusion should cover whole assembly, however it ignores few parts on the top of the assembly. How does it happens and how can I control which parts are effected by the extrusion and which are not? Thank you for your replies!
You should be able to right click on the extrusion in the browser and select "Add Participant" then pick the components you want. And if you want to remove a component, right click on the components listed under the extrusion in the browser and select "Remove Participant".
