Extrusion Help

I work for a company designing 3d models of substations in these modles there are many objects that have multiple shapes cut into the metal, and here is my problem some of these objects have a few holes that i have to extrude/cut out while others many many more wich increase the time it takes and difficulty to pick out each individual shape. my question is if there is any command or trick to select all the shapes in a sketch at once to avoid the tedious pick and click.

Can you attach an example ipt file here?
Can you use a Punch tool (I use punches even on parts that aren't sheet metal as it is much faster).
