Extruding entire 2-d sketch

I have a series of lines all symectrical and constrained but, i want to extrude them all at the same time the same y value. I can not figure out how to do this if i use the sufrace extrude i can only pick one line at a time any help on extruding everything in that 2-d sketch so i can make it into one part in my assemble.

Hi pico399,

If you extrude just one of the lines in the X direction and one  of the lines in the Z direction as a surface, you can then use the Rectangular Pattern tool to create the grid.

I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,
Curtis

Hi thank you for the response. Now for another question i have a base that this goes onto and i was wondering how it could be attached so it is on the surface of the base not having the issues of having to find the right y cord

Use assembly constraints.
