post the part.. chances are you don't have one of the rectangles fully closed or something like that..
Or it might not like that font..have you tried a different font.. (like start with arial font and see if it still does it)
Is constraint persistance/inferrence turned on?
No offense, but that youtube video is hard to follow. Screen shots would be better
I agree with what has been said. My thoughts are to do a process of elimination. Try extruding the
rectangles first and see of they will go. If not then there is the start of your issue.
Then work on each character at a time till you get the culpret.

The Extrude command will work for the rectangular boxes but you will need to use the Emboss command for the text.

I extrude text all day long. Unless there is something I'm not seeing in the video there is NO need to use emboss for text.
I suspect the "Text" is throwing up the error. Yes some font's extrude fine but in this case I would use the Emboss to solve the error rather than going through each text and each character to find the offending item.
