Extract Multi Sheet Drawing to Single Sheet Drawing

hi all,

does anyone know how to convert multi sheet drawing to single drawing ( mono drawing part) and use model (ipt / iam) filename for naming drawing file name..

for example i have existing file project structure like this.

model

A.iam

|---A1.ipt

|---A2.ipt

|---A3.iam

     |--A31.ipt

     |--A1.ipt

Drawing

A.idw ==> drawing filename

|--sheet1 ==>A.iam

|--sheet2 ==>A1.ipt

|--sheet3 ==>A2.ipt

|--sheet4 ==>A3.iam

|--sheet5 ==>A31.ipt

|--sheet6 ==>A1.ipt

my problem is, how to extract all sheet to singgle file every sheet like structure below

A.idw

|---A1.idw

|---A2.idw

|---A3.idw

     |--A31.idw

     |--A1.idw

Not sure i fully understand, but you could always make copies of your multi-sheet drawing and just delete the sheets you don't need in those copies.(?)

You could try writing a macro to do it.

that's the idea, but i don't know how to access this object.

1.copy sheet==> 2.open new idw template ==> 3.paste sheet in this file ==> 4.dellete unused sheet ==> 5.get data from first view ==> 6.save idw file with partnumber from first view..

 I don't know how to access and manipulate this object especialy on step 1-3.
