Exporting assembly from dynamic simulation to stress analysis!

As I understand it it is not possible to export an assembly from the dynamic simulation environment to stress analysis.

I have a welded structure that I would like to export to the stress analysis, so I thought I could make a derived part of it and use that instead but I still get the same error.

Is the only way around this to make the part again in the part environment and make a replica of it?

Is there any other way than derive the part to make a parf from an assembly?

I made the part as single solid body merging out seems when I derived it.
