Export to DWG, mising "Part Number" text parameter

I'm using the "Part Number" parameter inside a block of text in my drawing, but when I export it to AutoCAD DXF 2010 format, the text in the exported file shows up as "<PART NUMBER>", instead of displaying the actual part number.

I had the same issue a while back.

Mine was via Leader text, t was also related to "Replace model References", it would only hapen after using that tool.

The solution was to discconnect the leader and then re-connect the leader, before exporting the file.  I never did find a solution to the problem, it just went away with version updates and patches.

The text was attached to a leader, and disconnecting / reconnecting the leader fixed the problem.  Thanks.
