Export Inventor drawing to AutoCAD - model properties in annotation issue

Hi Everybody,

I have created an annotation in Inventor drawing that way that it uses model property - STOCK NUMBER. On Inventor drawing it shows the size of the tube as you can see on picture below.

The problem comes when I save the drawing as AutoCAD DWG. It doesn't transfer model property to text, it only converts the annotation as it is on picture below.

Does anyone know how to get this model parameter into AutoCAD drawing so it shows the actual tube size?

I am using Inventor 2011 and AutoCAD 2011.

Thank you.

Regards,

The properties wont transfer directly.  Have you thought about using the design assistant tool to do this?

Also, I am not much of an iLogic guru, but I would wonder if a routine would allow one to do this as well.

Problem solved by reattaching the leader.

So, what you are saying is all you had to do was disconnect the attached leader and reconnect it and all is well?

If that is all it was, what an easy fix this was.  Glad it was that easy!!!
