Error message whenever I open Assembly Inventor 2015

Hello guys,

 

I need your help again with regards on this concern. In this scenario when I open an Assembly file there is an error message appear please refer on the 1st image. After i click the "Okay" button another error message appear which you can see on the 2nd image that was attached. Please help me on this since it take some time to open a File on Assembly with this issue.. Thanks in Advance

Only thing I can think of is to do a repair on the Inventor install. A long shot but you never know.
