Error Message when Inserting an iPart

I get an error message when inserting an iPart I downloaded from Sean
Dotson's website. After I insertthe bolt a message states "class not
registered". What am I doing wrong?

1. Is the EOP marker pulled down
2. Was the file migrated
3. Have you run Excel at least once on this machine
4. Which iPart? Post it in CF if you can..
5. It was probably Charles' site..
