Error message (this not a server error) when opening from Vault

Hello,

A collegue gets a strange error everytime he uses the command "Open from Vault", see attached screenshot.

Inventor 2010 SP4

Vault 2010 SP1

The problem has been aroudn for about a week.

Tempfiles named like inv04.tmp are created in the folder for the CAD file upon this error

What can we do to solve this?

Cleaning the local workspace seems to have done the trick. That is removing all local files.

I will update this thread if the solution is not permanent.
