Error message "Unable to open file... is not checked out to you..."

Hi,

I have opened an .ipn file I had recently saved in the same folder as all of my .ipts. When I open the .ipn and try working with it, this error message pops up (in the picture). I looked in the file where I had saved it and it looks as if that file isn't even there anymore. Can anyone help? Thanks.Error Message.JPG

Is the file you are working on the one that is the error message?
