Error in extrusion

What's wrong with extrusion 15?

I deleted many features since the file was large, and many fetures got warnings, but extrusion 15 was the only one with warning in the original file.

Sketch doctor says it's o.k.

 I see pink geometry in the sketch.

In one of you parts -

I do see an Extrusion3 that does nothing (does not change the part - therefore i in circle and warning).

The Ø195 feature was already created by Revolution6.

I recommend that on your next project (or if you start this one over from scratch, that is what I would do if it were my project - should only take about 30 minutes to create clean geometry from scratch) that you investigate multi-body solids modeling (master modeling) techniques rather than Adaptive sketches.

There are part files missing on your zip.  Sketch 63 under extrusion 15 is sick, referencing geometry that is no longer there.  Looks like extrusion 15 is only one of a host of issues with this assembly.

I needed revolution3 for some reason, stages in drawing, i think.

I make drawings for weld and 2 different kinds of machining.

What does pink geometry mean?

Pink geometry in a sketch is sick geometry, it references something that is no longer there to reference.  Only thing you can do is delete the pink, and redo that part of the sketch.  The pink was hard to see at first, but open that sketch and do a slice graphics (F7)... you'll see the pink.

Many weld beads in the original drawing became red also, why?

After them, in the machining stage, i removed material around them, i think (i had that in mind, but maybe i ruined something), so, why are they ill?

For example Fillet 9, in the original file also sick.

When i deleted it and tried to make anew it didn't let me.

Between the warnings was that a constraint was placed with respect to geometry that is no longer available.

In the machining stage i removed some material from the base plate and weld, maybe that's the reason?

It shouldn't be, since at the Weld stage that's all that there is.

Where is the ill constarint? how can i find it?

There is nothing wrong with Revolution3 (in the cylindrical part).

I recommend you start over using what you learned from this attempt.

If that is what I would do (start over) then......
