Error during starting inventor 2013

Hi there,

i have such strange error during startup here's translation :

"error occured during initialization of application.

coudn't find the key (null)"

couldnt find anwser on the net

I have not seen this error before. Is it possible the registry associated with Inventor R2013 is missing somehow? Does repair install help?

repair install did not help, i will try reinstall it from scratch

edit : reinstall did not help either, although inventor works. I think its related to admin laws at my pc, i have such issue since installing windows. Thanks for reply
