Equation based surface

I wanted to model a surface in Inventor given by the equation z = sin(x)*sin(y). I wasnt able to do so using the parametric equation curve. I also saw Equation Driven surface but the same sweep approach wont work for this function. Could you please suggest how I could do this?

I don't think, Inventor is able to do that right now. Don't worry, you have the Home screen instead 😉

Here's an imported STEP (2014 ipt) of the surface, in the range of -2*Pi to + 2*Pi for both x and y. After knowing the result, you can re-build it in Inventor, following a similar workflow, as Glenn Chun pointed out in the other thread.
