Environment Features not working

I am using the Student version of Autodesk inventor 2013.I was able to use the simulation, stress analysis features for a period of 10 days from the day of installation but its not working now.I have tried reinstallation also.Please help me.I am using a registered version only.

Exactly what error are you seeing?

No error messages are coming. The testing modules are not working.I have attached a pic of the problem. Please help me.
