Enviroments

1. Please folks, I keep seeing  Construction Enviroment each time am checking something out on the help menu.

Could someone please put me through on how to launch this Enviroment and what operations can be done in this here.

2. I build a model consisting of sub-assemblies which are supposed to be rotating in the top level assembly, but they fail to do so when placed in the top level assembly. is there a better way of doing this

1. Construction Environment is used when importing neutral format files to heal them if needed see http://au.autodesk.com/?nd=class&session_id=3056

2. Sounds like you need to right click on the subassembly in the browser and set Flexible.
