Ensuring drawing dimensions stay centred

Please can anyone tell me how to ensure that when a model is stretched and
the drawing view changes
the associated dimensions remain centred on the dimension line

Geeze, do you REALLY need that long disclaimer for your posts?


btw, you can't do any thing in advance to prevent the dimensions from moving
when you modify a model.
