Embossing This Plate

I want to create a metal plate approx .095" thick with the "M" embossed into the face in the font shown. I know the font but I don't remember it offhand. I know how to create the plate but don't know how to emboss the face. Does anyone know how to do this? Your help would be appreciated. Attached is an AutoCAD 2008 File. I can convert it to another format if needed.

start with part template.
create oval plate and extrude to proper thickness.
create sketch with "M" and finish and use emboss.
convert..sheet metal.
set sheet metal styles to proper thickness.

However you really don't even need to convert to sheet metal because there are no flanges,etc.. and you don't need a flat pattern view so I would just do it all in the part template.

So how would I create the "M" with that font?

Use "Commercial Script BT" as the font when you place the text in your
sketch (I think that is the font you used).

FYI, if you open the file you attached, then double click on the text, it lists the font and size.
