DWF crashes IV10

When I publish a DWF it starts the viewer and crashes IV10, before and after the SP installation. Suggestions?

Basslinedesign,

Does that happens with all files? or some specific data-set?
What happen when you publish a file from sample folder?
(You can use "Sample.ipj" under "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor
10\Samples\Models")

The DWF is created as expected. I opened tirerim from the samples folder, created the DWF which opened the viewer. I closed the viewer and IV10P is now hung.

Okay, so the DWF file is created correctly & DWF viewer is automatically
launched.
but Inventor freezes when DWF viewer is closed, right?

I suspect that either Inventor or DWF viewer installation is corrupted on
your system.
Have you tried repair installation from Windows Control Panel?
(Unfortunately, there is no repair option for DWF viewer, so you have to
uninstall
it first then re-install)

BTW, is there any differences between when you use your own data-set & this
TireRim sample?
If you do Menu: File > Publish... > [Options...] uncheck "Display Published
File in Viewer"
do you still see things differently?
